Delete Your UGCvid Account

You can ask us to permanently delete your ugcvid account and the data associated with it at any time. Here is exactly what gets deleted, what we may have to keep, and how to make the request.

How to request deletion

To delete your ugcvid account, email support@ugcvid.io from the email address associated with your account with the subject “Delete My Account”. We will process the request and confirm by email when the deletion is complete.
  1. Send an email to support@ugcvid.io from the email address registered to your ugcvid account. We can only verify a request that comes from the account’s own address.
  2. Use the subject line “Delete My Account” so the request is routed correctly.
  3. We will process the request and email you a confirmation once the deletion is completed.

Data that will be deleted

  • Account information, including your email address and sign-in identifiers.
  • Profile information and any settings saved to your account.
  • Generated content associated with your account, including uploaded product images, scripts and rendered videos.
  • Other personal data associated with your account, subject to the legal and security retention requirements below.

Deletion is permanent. Videos you have already downloaded stay on your own devices, but anything still held in your ugcvid account will no longer be recoverable by us or by you, so download what you want to keep before you send the request.

Data that may be retained

  • Information we are legally required to retain, such as transaction and payment records, for the period required by applicable law.
  • Records we need to keep for security, fraud-prevention and abuse-handling purposes, for as long as that purpose applies.

Anything we retain is kept only for the purpose that requires it, and is deleted once that period ends.
