Do unused credits roll over?
No, unused credits do not roll over. At the start of each billing month, your credits refill to your plan's amount: 300 on Starter, 1,000 on Growth and 2,500 on Scale. Yearly plans get the same monthly refill for twelve months. If you often run out before the month ends, the next plan up usually costs less per video than topping up more often.
Is there a free plan?
There is no ongoing free plan, but your first video is free. Every new account gets 100 credits. That is enough for one 15-second video with an AI creator, script and edit, and no watermark. You can see the result on your own product before you pay. After that, plans start at $9.99 a month.
Do other languages cost extra?
No. On any paid plan, you can pick one of 16 languages before you make a video. It uses the same 100 credits as an English video. The languages are English, Hindi, Tamil, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Indonesian, Turkish, Russian and Vietnamese. The free first video is in English.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel any time, but payments are non-refundable, including for unused credits, unless the law requires a refund. After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. This is why the first video is free. You can check the result on your own product before you pay anything.
