Privacy Policy

The website and the mobile app share one account system and one database. If you sign in to both with the same method, it is the same account: your profile, credit balance, subscription, products, generated videos and history are shared between them, and this policy covers both.

• Account data: your email address, and if you sign in with Google or Apple, your name and profile photo. Passwords for email accounts are handled by our authentication provider; we never see them.
• What you give us to make videos: product links, product images, descriptions and settings, plus the scripts and videos generated from them.
• Billing data: your plan, credit balance and purchase history. Card and payment details are collected by our payment provider (web) or by Apple / Google (app), not by us.
• Technical data: basic logs (such as IP address, device, browser and error reports) needed to run, secure and debug the service.

To create and manage your account, generate your videos, keep your credits and subscription correct across web and app, prevent abuse (for example, the one-per-person signup bonus), provide support, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf only to run ugcvid:

• Authentication and database: Google Firebase
• File storage and delivery: Cloudflare
• AI models, accessed through API providers: ByteDance / BytePlus (video), Google (images) and Anthropic (scripts and product analysis). They process your inputs and outputs to generate your videos, under their own terms and safety policies.
• Payments: Dodo Payments on the web; Apple App Store and Google Play in the app
• Hosting, email and support tools needed to operate the service

Some of these providers are located outside India, so your data may be processed in other countries, with safeguards required by applicable law.

Please don’t upload images of real people’s faces or other sensitive personal data. Our videos use synthetic creators, and we don’t collect biometric data.

We keep your account data, inputs and videos while your account is open. When you delete your account (from the web or the app), we delete them for both, except records we must keep by law (such as payment records) or for security and fraud-prevention, including a one-way hash of your email so the free signup bonus can’t be claimed again.

Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. We use essential cookies and browser or app storage to keep you signed in and remember simple preferences (for example, which sign-in method you used last). We don’t use advertising cookies.

ugcvid is not intended for anyone under 18. We may update this policy and will note the date above; material changes will be announced by email or in the app.
